Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The item is unused

• The item is in original packaging

• The product is damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used pet clothing

• Items damaged by pets

• Clearance or sale items

• Customised Items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Exchange

If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
